Credits are the assistant's fuel. The simpler the job, the less it costs.

The slider calculates right in your browser — it doesn't work without JavaScript. Below is an example for about ten conversations a day.

Estimated total

21,000 credits per month

That's about 700 credits a day.

Fits within Starter — $129 per month

The plan's monthly allowance is 100 000 credits. If you run short, you can buy more credits in packs.

  • Free 0 per month 10 000 credits
  • Starter $129 per month 100 000 credits enough for you
  • Pro $649 per month 500 000 credits
  • Business $999 per month unlimited credits

This is an estimate, not a measurement: the product doesn't have such measurements, and we won't pass one off as the other. Here's how we count: one conversation with several replies — about 70 credits (hence “about ten conversations a day ≈ 700 credits a day”), 30 days in a month, one scheduled nightly report — about 300 credits a month. Your numbers will depend on how long the conversations are and how many actions the assistant takes in each.

Plans

Your plan decides two things: how many assistants you can have and how many credits arrive each month.

What else happened today:
Demo of one day of spending for an assistant on a website: a scheduled nightly report — about 10 credits, two customer conversations — 70 each, a simple run — 6, and three hours without a single request — zero. Total: 156 credits out of the 10,000 free monthly allowance. The nightly cost is derived from “about 300 credits a month” — it's an estimate, not a measurement. The buttons under the log add another event to the day, and the total is calculated from the same prices.

You see a turn's cost before the turn happens

If a change makes every conversation more expensive, the Builder tells you BEFORE the change — and waits for your “yes”.

You:
I want it to check every reply against my materials.
Builder:

This is the “Checked reply” preset: every reply goes through a second pass, and only what's in your materials stays in it. This makes a conversation about twice as expensive. Turn it on?

Cost of one conversation
Now ≈ 70
Becomes ≈ 140

Until you say “yes”, nothing has changed and nothing costs more.

You:
Not yet.
Nothing changed
The template stayed off. You can come back to it any time — and see the same price again.
Demo of a turn's cost: the person asks to check every reply against their materials, and the Builder says BEFORE the change that a conversation will cost about twice as much — from about 70 to about 140 credits. The person answers “not yet” — and the preset stays off. The doubling here is derived from there being two passes: 70 is checked against the product, 140 is an estimate. “Try it yourself” lets you answer — either “yes” or “not yet”.

It works both ways: if a turn adds nothing to a conversation's cost, the Builder won't bring up money at all. The question comes when there's something to ask about.

“About twice” here comes from there being two passes: 70 credits per conversation is checked against the product, and 140 is an estimate based on that doubling.

When the allowance runs low

We warn you in advance — when less than a fifth is left — and show next to it roughly how many conversations that will cover.

10,000 credits from the purchased pack
Pack of 10 000 credits for $13 purchased. The assistant is answering customers again. Credits bought in a pack don't expire at the end of the month — they stay until you need them.
Demo of running out: when less than a fifth of the monthly credits is left, a warning appears in the dashboard — 1,800 credits, roughly 25 conversations. When the allowance runs out, the assistant pauses until the new period and says so plainly. Then a pack of 10 000 credits is bought for $13 — and the assistant answers again. The “25 conversations” estimate is based on 70 credits per conversation. “Try it yourself” lets you buy the pack — from the warning or after the stop.

Credit packs

You can top up without changing your plan. Credits bought in packs don't expire at the end of the month — they stay until you need them.

  • 50 000 credits $65
  • 200 000 credits $249

Questions about money

What happens if the credits run out?

New conversations won't start, and the one already underway will finish. We warn you in advance — when less than a fifth of the allowance is left — and show next to it roughly how many conversations that will cover. The allowance is refilled with a credit pack, or on its own when the new period starts.

Can I start for free and change the plan later?

Yes. No card is needed for Free, and you can switch to a paid plan when the monthly allowance actually runs short — not in advance. A credit pack can be bought any time and doesn't change your plan.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In the dashboard, on the “Plan” screen, there's a “Cancel subscription” button. Nothing shuts off right away: the plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and then you're back on Free. There won't be another charge.
