Assistant:
Hi! How can I help?
Visitor:
What are your hours today?
Assistant:
Today until 21:00, kitchen until 20:30.
Ask as the visitor:
Demo: a round button appears in the bottom-right corner of a web page. The visitor clicks it — a window opens with the greeting “Hi! How can I help?”, they ask about opening hours and get an answer right away. The corner button collapses and expands the window, and the switch above the frame swaps in the real product window, in sample mode.

Chat window: one line of code

In the page footer — and the round button you just saw appears in the corner.

In the page footer, once

Hi! How can I help?
Demo: one line with your key goes into the page footer — and you never touch it again. You change the window title, greeting, and color in the dashboard; no need to re-paste the code. The fields in the demo are real: change them — the window next to them changes, and the line of code stays the same.

The same place as any visitor counter: the page footer, right before </body>. Paste it once and you're done: you change the color, greeting and title later in the dashboard, with no need to paste the code again.

This is the only place on the whole site where you need code — and it's exactly one line, which you copy, not write.

Messengers and email

Customers message you where they already chat with friends — and get answers from your materials.

Hi! I can tell you about the menu, opening hours and bookings — ask away. 18:31
How late are you open today? 18:32
Today until 21:00, kitchen until 20:30. 18:32
Ask as the customer:
Demo: a customer finds your bot in Telegram and writes to it like they would to a person — asks about opening hours and gets an answer from your materials right away. You can type in the “Message” field; the sample bot answers the suggested questions.

You create a bot in @BotFather, paste the token into the dashboard — that's it. It starts receiving messages right away.

  1. Message @BotFather and create a bot — it will give you a token.
  2. Paste the token into the dashboard.
  3. Done: the bot answers from the same knowledge as the chat window.

It sees photos, transcribes voice messages and answers what was said, and if a recording can't be made out, it'll ask to have it typed instead.

Viber

The public account token — that's it: we set the address Viber sends messages to.

WhatsApp

A permanent token and a Phone number ID — both are in the Meta for Developers dashboard. You'll then need to enter the address and verification code there too: the assistant will give them to you along with the steps.

Discord

Just the bot token. On a server and in DMs, people message the assistant with the command /ask — Discord doesn't deliver regular messages to bots without a persistent connection.

Slack

Your own Slack app from a ready-made manifest, plus two keys from it. It replies in DMs and when mentioned in a channel — in a thread under the mention.

Email

Mailbox address and password. The assistant checks for new emails every minute and replies from the same address. Gmail, iCloud and Yahoo need an app password — the assistant will tell you where to get one.

Your own app

A mobile app, an internal chat, a POS — any system of yours sends a message and reads the reply right away.

Your system sends
POST /v1/channels/chn_.../inbound/SECRET { "conversation": "user-42", "text": "when are you open?", "sender_name": "Olya" }
and reads back in the same response
The assistant replies
{
"answer": "We're open daily from 9:00 to 20:00."
}
Send another message:
Demo: your system sends a message to a single endpoint and reads the assistant's finished text in the same response. It tags the conversation with its own ID so the assistant remembers who it's talking to. The suggestions under the demo send a different sample message.

This is the channel that keeps the list open: anything that can send a request and read a response can speak in your assistant's voice — with the same knowledge and the same actions.

This section is the only one on the site addressed not to you but to whoever built your app. If there's no such person, you don't need it: the chat window and messengers are enough. And if there is — everything for developers is in its own section: API, MCP and webhooks.

When a customer asks for a person

The assistant goes quiet, the request comes to you, and the customer sees your reply in their window within seconds.

Can I talk to a real person?
Assistant:

Of course. Press the button and I'll bring the owner into this same conversation.

While a person is handling the conversation, no credits are spent at all.

Demo of a handoff: a visitor asks for a live person in the chat window — the assistant offers the “Talk to a person” button and goes quiet. The request appears in your “Conversations” section with the status “waiting”. You take it, write a reply, and the customer sees it in their window. While a person is talking, no credits are spent. “Try it yourself” lets you play both roles: call a person, take the conversation, write your own reply, and close it.

You never both reply at once: as soon as a person takes the conversation, the assistant stays silent until you hand it back. While a person is talking, no credits are spent at all.

Calling a person doesn't work in every channel

— no button; asking for a person does it —
Message the bot in Telegram:
Comparison: to the same question, “can I talk to a live person?”, the chat window shows a “Talk to a person” button under the reply, while the Telegram bot shows no button — it hands the conversation to a person itself and says the reply will come in this same chat. You can press the button, or type the request in the Telegram field.

In the chat window and in your own app, the customer presses a button — and you reply from the dashboard. Telegram, Viber, and WhatsApp have no button, but it's enough to write “get me a person”: the assistant goes quiet, and your reply from the dashboard reaches the customer in the same chat.

In email, Discord, and Slack you can't call a person: the assistant answers there on its own, from the knowledge you gave it. If you need live replies every day, use the chat window or a bot in Telegram, Viber, or WhatsApp.
