The questions that make people leave the page without clicking the button — and the limits you'd rather know about now than a week after paying.

If it doesn't know, it says so

This is the question people ask most: will it make up a price for customers that doesn't exist? Here's what the answer looks like to a question it wasn't given materials for.

Café question passed to the owner
Customer:
Can I book a table for tomorrow evening?
Assistant:

Yes, you can. Just tell me what time and how many people — and I'll make the booking.

Customer:
How much is delivery?
Assistant:

I don't have any information about delivery — it wasn't in the materials I was given. I won't make it up: I'll pass your question to the owner.

Unanswered question — sent to the owner
That way you learn what customers find missing in your materials. Where exactly to send it is up to you.
Ask as the customer:
Demo of the chat window on a café website: a customer asks about booking a table — the assistant answers and offers to make the booking. Then the customer asks about delivery, which wasn't in the materials — and the assistant says “I don't have any information about delivery” instead of making up a price. It passes the unanswered question to the owner. Below the window you can ask more as the customer.

It answers only from what you gave it. If it wasn't in the materials, it'll say so plainly instead of making up a price you'd then have to honor.

If that's not enough, there's the “Checked reply” preset: a second pass removes from the reply anything that isn't in your materials. It makes every conversation roughly twice as expensive, and the Builder will tell you so before turning it on.

What a conversation costs

Questions and answers

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The dashboard is a conversation: you write what you want in plain words, and the Builder does the rest itself. There are no forms, fields or settings to figure out.

How long does it take to launch?

As long as the conversation takes: say what your business does, give your website address, connect Telegram, or paste a line of code on your site.

Will it make up a price for my customers that doesn't exist?

It answers only from your materials, and says plainly when it can't find something. If that's not enough, there's the “Checked answer” template: a second pass removes anything from the reply that isn't in your materials.

What if a customer wants to talk to a person?

In the chat window they press a button; in Telegram, Viber, or WhatsApp they ask in words, and you reply from the dashboard: the reply arrives where the customer wrote. Email, Discord, and Slack have no such handoff: there the assistant answers on its own.

What happens if the credits run out?

New conversations won't start, and the one already underway will finish. We warn you in advance — when less than a fifth of the allowance is left — and show next to it roughly how many conversations that will cover. The allowance is refilled with a credit pack, or on its own when the new period starts.

Can I do something by mistake and break things?

Say “undo” — everything done on that turn is reverted. Every change is recorded in the log: who changed what and when, with an undo button.

Can I start for free and change the plan later?

Yes. No card is needed for Free, and you can switch to a paid plan when the monthly allowance actually runs short — not in advance. A credit pack can be bought any time and doesn't change your plan.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In the dashboard, on the “Plan” screen, there's a “Cancel subscription” button. Nothing shuts off right away: the plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and then you're back on Free. There won't be another charge.

When a customer wants to talk to a person

In the chat window they press a button — the assistant goes quiet, and from then on you reply from the dashboard.

Café you're talking to a person
Customer:
Can I talk to a real person?
Assistant:

Of course. Press the button and I'll bring the owner into this same conversation.

The assistant went quiet in this conversation
From here a person replies — from the dashboard, in this same window.
Owner
Owner:

Hi, I'm here. How can I help?

Demo of a handoff to a person in the chat window: the customer asks for a live person, and the assistant offers the “Talk to a person” button. Once it's pressed, the assistant goes quiet in this conversation and the owner replies from the dashboard. “Try it yourself” lets you press the button.

While you're replying, the assistant stays quiet in this conversation — the customer won't get two answers to one question. You can hand the conversation back to the assistant once you're done.

Telegram, Viber, and WhatsApp have no button — there, people ask for a person in words, and your reply arrives in the same chat. In email, Discord, and Slack the assistant answers on its own.

What it can't do

The list is deliberately kept in one place: limits scattered across footnotes read like excuses, while a single list is something you can check.

Doesn't search the web unless you ask

By default it answers only from what you gave it: if it wasn't in the materials, it'll say it doesn't know. Search is built in and turns on with one request, but you're the one who turns it on — the web doesn't have your prices or your terms.

Voice messages — not in every channel

It can see photos — in the chat window, in messengers (except Discord), and in email, up to four at a time. It transcribes voice messages in Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, and email and answers what was said, and if a recording can't be made out, it'll ask for it in text. In the chat window, Discord, and Slack — text only.

Doesn't connect to any system on its own

Four actions, order status from WooCommerce, Horoshop, or Prom.ua, payments via LiqPay, a calendar, and email are set up with a request in the conversation; everything else you describe yourself — in words or with a link to your service's documentation.

Doesn't call in a person in email, Discord or Slack

In the chat window and in your own app, the customer calls a person with a button; in Telegram, Viber, and WhatsApp — by asking, and your reply from the dashboard arrives in the same chat. In email, Discord, and Slack the assistant answers on its own.

Doesn't keep watching your website

It rereads a website it has read once a week — not every minute. A price changed today will reach the replies within a week; if you need it right away, say “reread the site”, and if you don't want it at all — “don't reread”. A single page — a price or stock level at a supplier — can be put on watch: it checks on a schedule and only writes when something changes.

Have a question that isn't here?

The fastest answer is to try it: Free plan, one assistant, 10,000 credits a month, no card.

Don't like it? Delete it. Nothing you do goes to customers until you say “yes” yourself.
